D. Lee Falls
Chairman, CEO, and CFO
Mr. Falls has 35 years of experience in bank operations, information technology, and financial management. Mr. Falls has been an executive over this time with Bank of America, Security Pacific National Bank, Union Bank and most recently, Senior Vice President-Cedars Bank. For most of the last 20 years, Mr. Falls has been a consultant to banks in the financial systems and operations area. Mr. Falls' area of expertise is payment systems and managing large, complex software development projects. He has converted a bank's entire system, managed a large Y2K project, and built a loan payment system for 14 different types of loan systems to enable electronic same-day posting for one of the largest banks in the U.S. that was installed in over 2000 locations. Mr. Falls is a recognized payment expert, having testified on payment-related issues before both the House and Senate Banking Committees of the U.S. Congress. Mr. Falls founded Electracash in 1998 as an Internet Payment Processor for electronic checks. Since becoming involved on a day-to-day basis in 2002, revenues have doubled and the number of merchants has increase more than tenfold.


Doug Stevens
Vice President
Mr. Stevens has over 35 years of experience in computer systems, finance and operations, and was President and CEO of Anacapa Systems, Inc., for over 20 years. Anacapa Systems is devoted to the development of financial computer systems for the banking and winery industries. He has also worked for Bank of America, Electronic Data Systems and Teledyne in financial, accounting and systems areas. Mr. Stevens is responsible for all Electracash technology, daily operations, merchant services, and customer services. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, and served in the US Army as an Artillery Officer.


Jan Berneau
Vice President and Controller
Ms. Berneau is a 41 year banking veteran. She has worked for Security Pacific National Bank for 29 years. Ms. Berneau was a First Vice President responsible for Float Management, Due From Bank Management, Domestic Correspondent Bank Reconcilement including the Fed Account, and operations. Ms. Berneau's management of the $5 billion (daily average) of these assets was a significant contribution to corporate profitability. In addition, she was responsible for internal cash management and collection of more than one billion dollars a day. The payment-related nature of these accounts, have given Ms. Berneau the expertise in the field of payment processing. Ms. Berneau was also responsible for responding to regulatory initiatives that involved payment system issues and interacting with federal banking examiners. Since then, Ms. Berneau has consulted for several banks in the U.S., using her experience in the accounting, cash flow management, and payments area. At Electracash, Ms. Berneau's primary responsibility is the accurate and timely reconciliation of all accounts to include merchant side accounting. She also maintains the existing relationships with the various financial institutions and other key related outside vendors.
